Returns and order cancelations: 

Due to the made-to-order nature of this shop, order cancellations and returns are not accepted. If you have any issues with your order, please reach out to sisuandco@outlook.com so we can discuss options. If items arrive broken or get lost in the mail, please file a claim with USPS, UPS, or FedEx; I make every effort to ensure your earrings, cups, candles, etc. get to you safely, using padded wrapping on each pair and shipping using a secured box.
